30 day challenge

Before this challenge was launched I had already started another one: stop smoking after more than 20 years of that awful habit, around 20 cigarettes a day.
Quitting is quite stressful so I started a new challenge: exercising myself on a daily basis. Actually that's really helpful and I enjoy to come back to jogging, especially on the beach. I started with a short length run and by the time, I'm increasing the duration. My challenge is going on well as I expand my physical activity to a minimum of 1 hour a day: it can be running, walking, swimming and yesterday was largely more thrilling: 1h30 learning surfing ! So keeping going on !
